About The Position
RV Rental Specialist Love camping, travel, or RVs? Help customers start their next adventure. Do you enjoy working with people and helping them get ready for their next adventure? Join the team at PleasureLand RV Center, the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest and a family-owned company serving customers since 1971. We’re looking for a Rental Specialist to help customers feel confident and excited about their RV rental experience.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- RV knowledge is helpful but we will train the right person

Responsibilities
- Walk customers through their RV rental and show them how everything works
- Answer questions so customers feel comfortable operating the RV
- Manage rental reservations and scheduling
- Prepare quotes, process payments, and complete rental agreements
- Coordinate with our service team to ensure units are ready for pickup
