Position Overview: The RV Parts Countersales position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to retail customers, service technicians, and RV owners seeking parts and accessories.

Requirements

High school Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume

Nice To Haves

Prior auto part sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
Check in and very parts orders accurately
Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop material
Be able to understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts as well as other safety and maintenance documents
Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and other information to customers
Review body shop estimates to verify the parts orders and pricing is correct
Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders
