RV Parts Associate
About The Position
At Hilltop Camper and RV our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun! Our family-owned company is in the 3rd generation of ownership and has been in business since 1951. We are currently looking for full-time and part-time Parts Associates for our Fridley, MN location. As a Parts Associate, you will use your customer service skills to assist customers in-person, over the phone, or via email with finding the parts they need for their camper or RV. Your innate ability to carefully listen to the customer to identify their needs will help you be able to direct them to the right product which will make their shopping experience more enjoyable. Our Fridley store is the largest RV parts store in Minnesota! Every day you will greet customers quickly, courteously, and professionally; keep the store organized & merchandized with the correct level of inventory; receive and ship parts and accessories; answer phones and emails promptly; and work well with coworkers. To thrive in this job, you are great at selling products and have prior experience in camper/RV or automotive parts department/store (preferred). Hilltop Camper & RV, with stores in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd generation family-owned camper & RV dealership that employs approximately 130 employees and sells, services, and outfits campers and RVs. Our employees help our customers find the right solution for their family fun camping needs. Our employees provide consultative selling, appropriate financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and quality service to their campers. Requirements
- Loves working with the public in a parts department/sales environment.
- Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Exudes a positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
- Has the ability to upsell or add-on accessories to customers.
- Can work a couple weekdays and every Saturday.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Is able to work Saturdays.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in camper/RV or automotive parts department/store (preferred).
