We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our focus on fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment for our team. We are currently seeking an outgoing and ambitious part-time receptionist for our dealership located in Hudson Oaks, Texas. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service from the moment they walk through our doors or call us on the phone. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting customers and receiving calls at the dealership. You will determine the nature of their business and assist in directing them to their destination. This includes answering basic inquiries, routing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing basic information to all customers. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that customers feel valued and attended to. In addition to greeting showroom customers and determining the nature of their visit, you will direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson. You will also be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate department or individual, or taking thorough messages when necessary. Maintaining effective communication with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner is key to this position. You will obtain basic demographic information about each customer using the computer system established by the dealership, enter data into the prospect tracking system, and run prospect reports for managers weekly. Timely communication of messages to the appropriate parties is essential, as well as assisting with correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. Maintaining a professional appearance and performing other tasks as assigned will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all service work is completed with the highest level of quality is paramount. You will interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and ensure that all service department activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
