About The Position

Assured Imaging is seeking a skilled RV / Mobile Coach Build Technician to join our fast-paced custom build team in Tucson, AZ. We design and build high-end mobile medical coaches from the chassis up, integrating advanced electrical systems, HVAC, generators, plumbing, and premium interior finishes with wood working.

This position is ideal for experienced RV, van, or specialty vehicle technicians who understand 12V/24V electrical systems, generator integration, leveling systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. Welding experience is a plus, but not the primary focus of this role.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience working on RVs, vans, specialty vehicles, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (12V/24V/110V)
• Experience with generators and power management systems
• Experience with RV leveling systems preferred
• Experience installing or servicing UVL lifts preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently
• Comfortable working in a production/shop environment

Nice To Haves

• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot 12V and 110V electrical systems in RVs and specialty vehicles
• Install and service generators and shore power systems
• Work with RV leveling systems and hydraulic components
• Install and service UVL lifts and accessibility systems
• Perform HVAC duct routing and climate control system installations
• Assist with plumbing systems including sinks, water tanks, and drainage
• Mechanical troubleshooting of RV/van systems
• Interior build-outs including cabinetry, mounting systems, and equipment integration
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to complete custom builds
