Requirements

• Beginner to intermediate computer skills required.
• Minimum Education: High School Graduate.
• Minimum Experience: 2-4 Years, or equivalent combined education and experience.
• No real estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Study Resort/Community listings to become familiar with properties for sale and the surrounding market.
• Meet with prospective clients and solicit listings.
• Accompany prospects to Resort/Community sites, quote purchase prices, describe features, and discuss conditions of sale or terms of lease.
• Draw up purchase contracts, leases, and negotiate offers on Resort/Community properties.
• Assist buyers and sellers in obtaining pertinent information or services such as finance, maintenance, repair, or appraisals.
• Obtain pictures and measurements of rooms for advertisements and listing descriptions.
• Inspect Resort/Community properties to determine if repairs are needed and notify the owner.
