Requirements

• RVIA/RVDA Certified Technician preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training.
• RV experience preferred, but willing to train someone with the right base of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Exceptional analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Patient and helpful in training others.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Respectful in taking direction.
• Attentive to health and safety.

• Victron Solar experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize experience in various disciplines including Automotive Electrical Technician, Mechanic, Plane or Boat Mechanic, Carpentry, Car Audio, Solar Energy, Low Voltage Electrician, Custom Van Builder, or other skilled trades.
• Work alongside Cabinet makers, Metal fabricators, and upholstery Team Members to customize Airstream travel trailers.
• Provide excellent guest service to external and internal Guests/Team Members.
• Examine, Install and Troubleshoot interior and exterior systems in the Airstream units.
• Install inverters / Converters, 12-volt battery systems, 110 systems, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, cabinetry, windows, doors, vents, solar panels, and charge controller systems.
