Responsibilities: As an RV Technician you will utilize your experience in any of several disciplines, including Automotive Electrical Technician or Mechanic, Plane or Boat Mechanic, Carpentry, Car Audio, Solar Energy, Low Voltage Electrician, Custom Van Builder, or other skilled trades such as Electrician or Plumber. You will work alongside our team of Cabinet makers, Metal fabricators and upholstery Team Members to customize Airstream travel trailers like you have never seen before!. You will also strive to provide excellent guest service to external and internal Guests/Team Members to maintain Guest/Team Member relations. This is just a snapshot of what this important role provides to our team!

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Awareness, Drive, Ownership, Passion, and Execution needed to take the training we offer and run with it?
Effective communicator
Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Exceptional analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Victron Solar experience a plus
RVIA/RVDA Certified Technician, preferred but not required
RV experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with the right base of knowledge, skills, and abilities and with an outgoing attitude and a customer service background!

Responsibilities

Examine, Install and Troubleshoot interior and exterior systems in the Airstream units.
Install inverters / Converters
12-volt battery systems / 110 systems
HVAC, plumbing, appliances, cabinetry
Windows, doors, vents
Solar panels and charge controller systems
Participate in continuing education and training.
