Pete's RV Center is seeking a detail-oriented RV Detailer to join our team at our location in Chesapeake. As an RV Detailer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our RVs are clean and ready for our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality service will help enhance our customer experience.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in basic cleaning techniques and detailing products.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Previous detailing or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly wash and condition the exterior of RVs, including tires, wheels, and undercarriage.
Perform waxing and buffing on RV surfaces to maintain their shine and protect paint.
Polish chrome appliances.
Clean and sanitize the interior, including dusting, vacuuming, and detailing appliances.
Inspect RVs for defects such as dents, scratches, and upholstery damage.
Assist with the maintenance of the detailing area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Prepare RVs for display and delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with technicians in preparation work for servicing RVs.
Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of the dealership premises.
Clean restrooms and assist with trash removal.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Attending team meetings and training sessions as necessary.
