About The Position

Bretz RV & Marine is expanding to Mankato, MN! While this is our first Minnesota location, we’re a well-established, family-owned dealership with multiple locations across Montana, Washington, and Idaho. We’re known for our team-first culture, strong leadership, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We’re seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Parts and Service departments at our new dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role and a unique opportunity to help build a store from the ground up. We believe the best dealerships are built by teams that work together. Our leaders lead from the front, support their teams during busy times, and focus on efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. If you’re a collaborative leader who enjoys problem-solving and building strong teams, this role is for you. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of management experience in RV, Marine, Automotive, or Powersports
  • Experience overseeing multiple departments (service/parts preferred)
  • Strong background in hiring, training, and performance management
  • Knowledge of DMS systems, inventory control, and scheduling
  • Understanding of warranty processes and service operations
  • Budgeting, reporting, and performance metric experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Parts and Service departments
  • Manage technician and advisor scheduling and workflow
  • Monitor warranty claims, service issues, and customer escalations
  • Maintain inventory control and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support dealership success
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Other duties as assigned
