About The Position
Visiting Angels of Jenkintown is currently searching for a Russian or Ukrainian speaking Caregiver to work in and around Jenkintown & Montgomery County area of Pennsylvania Are you a Caregiver that is looking for Day Shift Work? Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
- A compassionate, upbeat attitude and love for the senior community
- Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
- Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold blood test or chest x-ray completed
- References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
- Must be Covid-19 Vaccinated (initial vaccine)
Responsibilities
- Help keep clients’ home clean and clutter-free
- Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
- Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
- Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
- Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
- Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
