About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programming within the Rural Health Program Area.
  • Educate through direct methods such as individual consultation, training classes, group meetings, and demonstrations.
  • Communicate knowledge through indirect methods such as written, audio, visual, and social content.
  • Document programming impacts for targeted stakeholders.
  • Responsible for resource development, management, and sustainability to support Extension educational programming.
  • Partner and collaborate with local and state officials and stakeholders in planning educational phases of the county program.
  • Collaborate across Program Teams to develop and evaluate educational programming outside the Agent's primary program area.
  • Identify and participate in opportunities for self-improvement and professional development.
