The Rural 1st Loan Associate will be responsible for marketing, marketplace development, communication, relationship building and overall portfolio growth through a focused balance of sales, marketing and support in the consumer lending segment. This position will originate consumer credit by assessing requests and obtaining required financial information to determine viability and profitability of the deal. Working collaboratively, the Rural 1st Loan Associate will lead the customer relationship, coordinating with other business segments as appropriate for additional business opportunities. The Rural 1st Loan Associate will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers by providing consistent high-quality service that is timely, thorough, and responsive to the needs of different stakeholders. This position requires existing NMLS registration under the SAFE Act, or the ability to obtain the same upon hire, and maintenance of a status in good standing during employment.
