The Role involves directing, cashiering, and scanning thousands of guest vehicles during ingress and assisting guests during egress to ensure the flow of traffic is as efficient and enjoyable as possible at every show. Employees will be responsible for safely directing fans to park in the appropriate space in the designated lot, collecting parking fees, and scanning guest parking tickets upon venue entry. Additionally, staff will answer questions from guests, set up and tear down barricades, cones, and parking signs, and help clean the lots before breaks and after cars have exited. The position requires a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently, and strong interpersonal and verbal skills, as this department is the first to welcome guests to the venue. Physical activity is required, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying over 30 lbs in an outdoor environment, regardless of weather conditions.
