Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware after guests leave.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area by sweeping or vacuuming as necessary.
• Fill water glasses and provide other drinks to guests when required.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring all items are stocked and organized in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Runners make servers' jobs easier by delivering the food from the kitchen to the table both quickly and safely. It is their responsibility to ensure that food arrives as soon as it is ready, and at the proper temperature.
