Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Run food to tables, ensuring the correct quality is present first, bus tables, provide needed items, and check on tables throughout service Run food window as expo and coordinate orders for other runners to run and deliver to tables Complete normal and additional cleaning and sanitation as required Answer customer questions as needed on food items, beers, retail or other. Know and understand the fundamentals of our beers and the brewing process Look for ways to improve the guest experience. Alert a manager if there are any problems Be dressed properly, organized, and ready to clock in on time Always be positive and proactive with the guests and co-workers. Work as a team with other staff to ensure a smooth and successful working environment. Treat every guest as your own. Always help anyone on staff Preform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or higher, must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Card within new hire training period
• Must be able to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification within new hire training period
• Must be available to work weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant doing above or similar duties or prior customer service experience is preferred
• Very strong organizational skills
• Ability to always maintain professionalism even under high volume, stressful times, and situations
