SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring prepared food is delivered to Customers in an efficient and prompt manner displaying the highest of Customer standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Interacts effectively with the public and people. Perform excellent customer service at all times. Responsible for delivery of food from kitchen to proper tables. Assist Food Servers and Buspersons by clearing used dishes and refilling beverages. Responsible for communicating any additional requests from Customers to the Sales Consultants. Participates as a team member with Food Servers, Utility, Cooks, Supervisors Buspersons and any pertinent Company Team Members in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Customer Services. Maintains compliance with all regulations of health and sanitation standards as well as all applicable federal, state, local laws/ordinances; to include maintaining applicable food safety certification. Promotes positive Customer Relations by interacting with Customers in an efficient and courteous manner. Assists if needed with Dishwashers and Bus Persons. Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record. Any reasonable request made by management.
