About The Position
Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Caesars Sportsbook! Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team. Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation.Communicate any special requests or modifications to appropriate server or kitchen staff.Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently; ensure correct placement of dishes.Ensure guest satisfaction.Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication.May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean.Follow food safety and sanitation standardsPerform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties. Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas.Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Ability to assist with food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
- This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
- Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
