About The Position

Operational Excellence As a Food Runner, you play a vital role in the delivery of outstanding guest service and the smooth operation of the venue. Your attention to detail, urgency, and positive attitude help create a seamless experience for every guest. Service in Motion You'll serve as the essential link between the team and the guest floor, ensuring drinks reach guests fresh, fast, and with a smile. Your enthusiasm and team spirit help set the pace and keep energy high throughout service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or support role is preferred but not required.
• Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment; can manage multiple tasks with speed and efficiency.
• Proactive in supporting team needs and creating a positive working environment.
• Ensures orders are delivered accurately and presentation standards are upheld.
• Clear, respectful communicator who collaborates well across departments.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Willing to learn new systems, follow service protocols, and pass all required training with a 90% or higher.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-moving service setting.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate F1 Arcade Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous delivery of food from the bar to guests across the venue.
• Assist in maintaining stock of clean glassware, restock service areas as needed, and ensure all stations are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Work closely with servers, and other support team members to maintain seamless communication and service flow.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards in all aspects.
• Uphold F1 Arcade's service standards by delivering food with energy, professionalism, and a guest-first attitude.
