About The Position
The Suites Food Runner plays an essential role in ensuring that all premium suites receive their food accurately, on time, and with proper presentation. This position requires strong coordination with kitchen staff, suite attendants, and pantry coordinators to ensure each suite remains stocked, clean, and supported throughout the event. Summary: Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons/customers. Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction. Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards. Completes side work as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to walk 5–8 miles per event.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and suite attendants.
Responsibilities
- Distribute and push hot boxes to the correct suite section.
- Ensure food is placed in the correct suite and meets presentation standards.
- Carry food from the main kitchen to assigned suites promptly.
- Remove dirty or empty dishes from the suite to maintain cleanliness.
- Communicate with suite attendants to ensure suite needs are met.
- Assist pantry runner with cleaning and organizing while waiting for concourse clearance.
- Participate in post-game cleanup, including removing dishes, utensils, and leftover food from each suite.
- Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons/customers.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.
- Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
- Completes side work as assigned.
