About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Good public speaking and listening skills.
• Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Strong reasoning skills to identify problems and evaluate information.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to guests in their designated seats/tables.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Promote the Regal Crown Club Program.
• Handle all forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Ensure accuracy of cash drawer and manage discount tickets properly.
• Fill out the Daily Pass Log accurately.
• Follow proper refund and void procedures.
• Enforce the MPAA rating system and handle emergency procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and use cleaning materials properly.
• Provide excellent guest service by smiling, greeting, and thanking all guests.
• Complete the cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier.
