About The Position

Requirements

• 3-6 months of inspecting production or machine operator experience minimum.
• Basic computer skills.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Vision corrected to 20/20.

Responsibilities

• Check refrigeration units under actual operation against performance requirements.
• Read and understand Operational Method sheets (OMS) job instructions.
• Set refrigeration units for operation and operate unit until stabilized, troubleshooting when problems arise.
• Set up testing equipment as necessary and perform predetermined checks such as compressor performance and pressure cut outs.
• Check and test component parts and subassemblies per OMS specifications using hand tools and computer systems.
• Complete required reports and tags, such as rejection tags and check-off lists, and report abnormal quality conditions.
