About The Position
RubinBrown Pathways is a one-day professional development workshop for college students. The objective of RubinBrown Pathways is to introduce students to career options at one of the nation’s leading accounting and professional consulting firms while developing skills vital to success in a professional services role. Participants will be provided with an introduction to RubinBrown and the firm’s service offerings including assurance, tax, entrepreneurial services, wealth management, and consulting. Additionally, participants will learn foundational soft skills from RubinBrown professionals, network with firm leadership, and tour the firm’s facilities. The day will include interactive workshops on career path options, soft skills, and networking.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an intended major in business or a business-related area
- Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status
- Professional interest in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics
