RubinBrown Pathways is a one-day professional development workshop for college students. The objective of RubinBrown Pathways is to introduce students to career options at one of the nation’s leading accounting and professional consulting firms while developing skills vital to success in a professional services role. Participants will be provided with an introduction to RubinBrown and the firm’s service offerings including assurance, tax, entrepreneurial services, wealth management, and consulting. Additionally, participants will learn foundational soft skills from RubinBrown professionals, network with firm leadership, and tour the firm’s facilities. The day will include interactive workshops on career path options, soft skills, and networking. Date and Location June 17, 2026 9AM – 5PM 1201 Demonbreun Street, Suite 1200, Nashville, TN 37203 Please note this is an in-person event, and attendance for the entire day is required. Objectives: Introduce participants to career options in a leading accounting and professional consulting firm Help participants develop foundational soft skills such as time management, dealing with conflict, professionalism, and ethical decision making Provide insight into professional services and client-facing roles Build participants confidence in career planning Provide participants with an opportunity to learn from and network with experienced professionals and firm leadership
