About The Position

As a Rubber Technician at JM TEST SYSTEMS LLC, you will learn to test, inspect, and clean High Voltage primary protection equipment to ensure it meets safety standards. You will also be responsible for cleaning, testing, and certifying personal protective equipment (PPE) using proper procedures. Following testing standards and maintaining quality in all tasks will be essential to your role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (No prior experience required—we'll train you!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and motivation to grow within the company.
