Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting an exceptional member shopping experience by processing and sorting damaged or defective and/or returned merchandise.
• Reduce salvage, obtain return authorizations from vendors, and re-wrap sellable merchandise.
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
• Act with honesty and integrity and lead with the member in mind to address all concerns.

• Resolve and deescalate to address every member concern.
• Conduct daily club safety walks and escalate findings to Asset Protection Supervisor.
• Support Inventory Control Count Team in executing count processing as assigned.
• Review daily return reports, process merchandise recalls, and process tire and battery returns.
• Ensure that the AFS and release dates are followed.
• Re-wrap sellable merchandise using appropriate seal and shrink-wrap packaging guidelines.
• Ensure the department is organized and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
