The Client Services Lead is responsible for the implementation and operational management of client RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) applications. This role involves being the primary client engagement contact during the initial system build, ensuring the health of the client relationship, and working with clinical study teams to establish RTSM requirements. The Client Services Lead will also coordinate the development of study data management plans and internal support reference materials, participate in client audits, and support the maintenance and development of Client Standards. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with product development to influence RTSM product feature development and ensure that the product meets client capability needs.
