About The Position

The Manufacturing Process Engineer at Texas Instruments is responsible for driving continual improvement in manufacturing processes and procedures. This role focuses on enhancing efficiencies, yields, and quality in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The engineer will support operations, implement improvement plans, and analyze data to resolve problems, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 1 year of semiconductor engineering experience with RTP DPN Gate Oxide processes

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations
• Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
• Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including efficiency improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement programs, and new product support
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and communicate findings to the engineering staff
• Support manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup and process experiments
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
