This role follows a 1st shift schedule, working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with designated days off on Saturday and Sunday.
The RTH Gatekeepers are responsible for managing the area of high care outside the RTH rooms. This includes RTH Protein slacking racks to ensure the correct items are pulled at the correct amounts, the waste zone to ensure waste is properly documented and disposed of, and the RTH drop zone so we can maintain and clean and clear communication with warehouse partners.

Requirements

• General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED).
• Computer skills (PC or laptop use, Microsoft Office, Basic Typing)
• Strong math and counting skills

Responsibilities

• Managing the RTH Dropzone
• Gatekeepers will be the main point of contact for checking that everything that was on the drop list has been dropped and accounted for
• Gatekeepers will be the ones ordering and sending back additional product to and from the warehouse.
• Gatekeepers will be checking in with both the Kitchen and Assembly leads to ensure that they are set up and ready for success.
• Managing Protein Slacking Racks
• Gatekeeper will own ordering all protein to the slacking area
• Checking that the correct protein is pulled
• Managing associates helping pull protein, Gatekeepers will do an extra check to ensure all bags are accounted for.
• Gatekeepers will submit all slacking progress in the ops app and ensure data entered is correct.
• Managing Waste Zone
• Gatekeepers will be responsible for managing waste as it comes out throughout the week
• Ensuring all weights and taken and submitted
• Teaming up with FSQA to make sure all waste is disposed of properly and taken care of after documentation.
