About The Position
Threshold is actively seeking an RTF-A Therapist to assist with the continuing implementation of a Residential Treatment Facility for young adults in Berks County. The program provides a comprehensive, collaborative, continuum-of-care service model that addresses the needs of the population from a person-centered perspective and is strength based, recovery-oriented and focused on positive practices. The RTF-A Therapist position requires a minimum of a master's degree in related field such as psychology, counseling, social work, etc. Two years of experience working with individual with mental health disabilities. Active State Licensure is preferred but not required.
