Requirements

• Excellent Attendance and Personnel record
• Able to work with minimum Supervision
• Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish
• Able to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)
• Weekend work required as necessary
• Ability to train new associates
• Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed
• Knowledge of workplace safety rules
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately
• Ability to perform multiple duties

Nice To Haves

• GED or equivalent
• Proficient math and computer skills

Responsibilities

• To help the supervisor guide associates in Further Processing toward production goals and quality standards.
