About The Position

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE To learn and operate all RTD equipment in order to be a relief for any machine operator positions in the RTD department. Perform the duties efficiently and accurately in a safe, sanitary, and productive manner.

Requirements

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to maintain forklift certification.
• High level of mechanical skills.
• Willing to learn various pieces of equipment and operate them in a safe and satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities

• Learn equipment and perform all RTD positions in Plant 3 as requested by Supervisor.
• Fill in for breaks, vacations, and absences for operators.
• Follow CFI policies, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Procedure, and ISO9001 procedures.
• Observe and report possible equipment maintenance to your supervisor.
• Maintain positive working relationships with supervisor and co-workers.
• Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.
