About The Position

To perform the necessary duties as a filler operator and operate the equipment as required in a safe, sanitary, and productive manner to produce a quality product.

Requirements

• Able to stand for a long period of time.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read and understand instructions.
• Able to trouble-shoot problems as they arise and fix them in an efficient and safe manner.
• Basic mechanical skills

Responsibilities

• Ability to trouble-shoot and discover problem areas quickly and make minor adjustments to equipment in order to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Logs machine downtime and assists in line changeovers.
• Observe and report any major equipment problems needs to your supervisor.
• Follow Century Foods International policies, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO9001 procedures.
• Comply with all Century Foods and customer operating procedures.
• Must be able to work productively without direct supervision.
• Maintain positive attitude and working relationship with supervisor and co-workers.
• Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.
