About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Specialist in the RSNIP Program Office (RPO). This role is crucial in ensuring that the RSNIP disclosure requirements are met across Wells Fargo's communications materials. The specialist will report directly to the RSNIP Disclosures & Advertising Manager and will be involved in executing controls, assurance activities, and various processes to mitigate business risks associated with the RPO. The position requires collaboration with various teams within the RPO to ensure that all policies, procedures, processes, controls, and assurance activities are well-documented and executed effectively. In this role, the specialist will engage in oversight and monitoring activities that span across different business groups within Wells Fargo. They will support the execution of RPO activities, including control execution, reporting, and monitoring as necessary. The specialist will also participate in various RPO initiatives, including the automation of controls and processes, and assist in coordinating responses to requests from business control, legal partners, compliance officers, operational leaders, and their teams. This position demands a proactive approach to ensure that business operations align with the company's goals and objectives. The specialist will utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables and present recommendations aimed at developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic approaches for improving business performance and managing risks. Collaboration with leaders and executive management is essential, as is providing backup support to more experienced RPO employees. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
