About The Position
RSM is the leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, with a purpose to instill confidence in a world of change. The RSM Excellence Academy offers a unique learning experience for students, providing insights into careers in assurance, tax, or consulting. This program includes a three-day summer leadership conference and an internship opportunity the following summer, aimed at developing outstanding business, accounting, and technology students for internships and full-time employment. Participants will gain an understanding of the professional services industry, RSM's culture, and the advantages of working in the middle market.
