RSA is looking for a Principal SaaS Operations Engineer who will work cross-functionally to help design, implement and operationalize RSA’s Cloud Identity platforms and products (RSA ID Plus, SecurID, Governance & Lifecycle). The Principal SaaS Operations Engineer in the Global SAAS Operations group will demonstrate technical depth, strong interpersonal skills and passion to solve RSA’s business problems. You will use cloud services to help our engineering teams rapidly deliver RSA’s products and services, as well as provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications. This position would require you to demonstrate high-level knowledge of, and provide operations expertise on, exceptionally complex problems such as: new cloud initiatives, architecture/design, documentation, and implementation. You must be adept at interacting, communicating and partnering with other teams within RSA, such as engineering, business operations, support, professional services and with executive leadership. You are intellectually curious and enjoy keeping your existing technical skills honed while developing new ones, so you can make strong contributions in your work.
