About The Position
The position involves performing product deliveries along assigned routes and other related duties to guarantee customer satisfaction. The driver is responsible for inspecting vehicle equipment and supplies, assembling orders for timely delivery, and ensuring accurate delivery windows for each route stop. The role requires maintaining the accuracy of delivered products, communicating problems to the Transportation Supervisor, and managing multiple assignments while following transportation policies and procedures. The driver must comply with traffic laws and remain DOT compliant, ensuring conformance with company standards for professional appearance and conduct. Administrative tasks, including maintaining records and reviewing customer invoices, are also part of the job.
