Our challenge We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty software engineering with 4+ years of experience, including hands-on expertise in RSA Archer, PeopleSoft, and product implementation tools. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in specialty software engineering.
  • Proven experience with RSA Archer and PeopleSoft applications.
  • Strong technical expertise in product implementation tools.
  • Ability to work on moderately complex projects and contribute to large-scale planning efforts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Certifications related to RSA Archer or PeopleSoft are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables, contributing to large-scale planning and project execution.
  • Review and analyze complex challenges, involving an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to identify effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve moderately complex issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Leverage a solid understanding of organizational functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to guide decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of RSA Archer solutions and integrations.
  • Support the deployment and optimization of PeopleSoft and other product implementation tools within client environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and clients as needed.
