About The Position

cFocus Software seeks a RSA Archer Administrator to join our program supporting the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience administering RSA Archer or similar eGRC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of federal RMF, FISMA, and A&A processes.
  • Hands-on experience configuring workflows, dashboards, and reporting within Archer.
  • Experience supporting POA&M management and continuous monitoring activities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active RSA Archer Certified Administrator

  • CAP, CISSP, or CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the RSA Archer eGRC platform to support HRSA cybersecurity and privacy programs.
  • Create, configure, and manage Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Provision and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across RMF, A&A, POA&M, and continuous monitoring records.
  • Support RMF lifecycle activities by maintaining SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, risk registers, and authorization data in Archer.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows for POA&M tracking, risk acceptance, and continuous monitoring.
  • Configure integrations with vulnerability management, SIEM, asset management, and cloud security tools.
  • Support OSCAL import/export and automation initiatives where applicable.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Archer users.
  • Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials for Archer administrators and users.
  • Support Archer upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and enhancements following HRSA change management processes.
  • Maintain SLAs for responding to Archer change requests, tickets, and user support.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports for CPIC, RMF, and executive reporting.
  • Support audits, assessments, OIG reviews, and data calls by providing accurate Archer data and evidence.
  • Coordinate with ISSOs, A&A SMEs, GRC Analysts, and Program Management staff to ensure alignment across tools and processes.
