Are you passionate about youth empowerment, housing stability, and helping young adults build a brighter future? Join Waypoint as a Full Time Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Care Coordinator Lead and become part of our Homeless Youth & Young Adult Continuum serving Manchester

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, compassionate, and committed to supporting young adults experiencing homelessness. You’ll work directly with youth ages 18–24, helping them move from homelessness to safe, stable housing and long-term success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (including certifications or lived experience)
• Communicate effectively and build trust with youth
• Are organized, adaptable, and self-motivated
• Practice harm reduction, trauma-informed, person-centered care
• Able to travel frequently throughout Manchester

Responsibilities

• Assist youth in finding apartments and completing lease-up processes
• Build positive relationships with landlords
• Provide direct support, goal planning, and advocacy
• Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance
• Provide supervision and day to day functional support to a peer RRH Coordinator
