We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Account Leader to support our business development team and help drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone with a background in staffing or inside sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, managing details, and supporting sales operations. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or staffing agency roles
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS
  • Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, staffing, inside sales, or contact center support
  • Experience working in state or federal programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads from a targeted prospect list.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with Sales Reps to identify and pursue strategic targets.
  • Presentation Support: Assist in drafting presentations and sales materials that clearly communicate our RPO solutions.
  • CRM Management: Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system to support pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Proposal Development: Help generate proposals and coordinate documentation for client presentations.
  • Sales Coordination: Manage schedules, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication across the sales team.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure timely execution of sales programs and promotions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Track merchandising trends and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the sales process.
