We’re looking for a Programmer/Developer to develop, test, and maintain applications on the IBM-i platform, helping extend CUBASE Core functionality to external systems. This role works with modern RPG, SQL, and current IBM-i development tools while also supporting and updating legacy code.

Develop and maintain applications using modern RPG and SQL.
Work with internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Refactor and support legacy RPG, CLLE, and DDS programs.
Use tools such as VS Code, RDi, ACS, and 5250 emulators.
Follow programming standards and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Stay current with IBM i OS updates, tools, and development practices.

Bachelor’s degree in IT/business or 2+ years of programming experience.
1+ year of RPG programming experience on IBM i.
Knowledge of free-form RPG, embedded SQL, and ILE concepts.
Experience with SQL queries, DDL, JSON, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Git, DevOps concepts, unit testing, and TDD.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data.

Credit union industry knowledge is a plus.
