The Rural Physician Associate and Metropolitan Physician Associate Program (RPAP and MetroPAP) is seeking a dedicated and organized Education Program Associate to join our team. This role provides necessary operational support, executes student academic progress monitoring support, tracks data for our educational programs, and works collaboratively on projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for fostering student and program success. This role reports directly to the RPAP/MetroPAP Director and will also receive regular guidance and direction from the Educational Programs Specialist and Programs Operations Specialist. The Medical School is committed to an excellent employee experience, offering a flexible work environment that meets the needs of students, staff, faculty, and the communities we serve. This position is hybrid, with both virtual and in-person components.
