Support a commercial healthcare customer with UiPath infrastructure and development requirements. Be a core customer-facing member of the UiPath implementation team supporting commercial healthcare customers. Provide hands-on support for UiPath platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting. Educate and enable technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices relevant to their unique automation pipelines, program objectives, environments, and constraints. Provide hands-on support to UiPath automation development, testing, and deployment into customer environments. Provide hands-on support to UiPath integration requirements such as API connections and SSO integrations. Provide full-time technical support to healthcare users. This is a hybrid position with limited onsite support requirements. Candidate will be expected to obtain at least one UiPath Professional Certification during the first year of contract.
