About The Position

Design, develop, test and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate and streamline business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop RPA scripts, conduct testing and troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA systems. Work closely with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications. Continuously evaluate and improve RPA processes to optimize performance and deliver maximum value to the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar); additional, applicable years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience working in Information Technology providing application support.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience with RPA technology, enterprise automation implementations, workflow engineering with a proven track record in large and complex environments.
  • Working knowledge of Agentic Process Automation (APA).
  • Working knowledge of Automation Anywhere.
  • Proven skillset with AI technologies and experience with design, implementation and support.
  • Experience in managing LLM's and other AI-driven architectures and autonomous decision-making technologies.
  • Expertise in building complex flows, custom connectors, advanced conditional logic and error handling.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python and others to customize and create efficiencies for automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with creating and implementing new business objects, workflows, and other duties on the back-end of an ITSM platform.
  • Application development coding expertise and support methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to help scale a fast-moving organization.

  • Ability to occasionally adjust work schedule to meet business needs (standard forty (40) hour week with occasional after-hours and weekend requirements).

  • Experience with AWS marketplace integration and support.
  • Expertise in database structures, backup and recovery strategies and support methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business application technical support to corporate office and remote branches.
  • Identify and modernize legacy processes, apply RPA best practices, and reform existing scripts and connectors to ensure performance and long-term sustainability.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of developed systems.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools (APA, LLM's) to enhance operations within the enterprise.
  • Integrate contrasting systems via APIs to ensure data flow is smooth and operable.
  • Improve business processes and support critical business strategies by aiding in the development, implementation, support and maintenance of business application systems.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand, scope, requirements, document and review processes for business application solutions.
  • Develop, coordinate and execute application test plans and schedules.
  • Provide tier 2 & 3 technical support and business application expertise to the IT department to resolve issues and to support the implementation of new solutions.
  • Writes and reviews system specifications, including, output requirements and flow charts for illustrations.
  • Work with Compliance, Information Security and other IT teams to ensure all business applications meet company's security requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Adhere to IT change control processes and procedures to ensure documented system changes, test plans and schedules are in place before implementing changes into production.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, how-to-docs and knowledge base articles to support production applications and various technologies.
  • May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
