  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies.
  • Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance of automation solutions.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in RPA development.
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components).
  • Preference for experience with UiPath Document Understanding.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Broader software development experience (e.g., .NET, C#, VB or Python) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and web services integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
