About The Position

The RPA Developer position at CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. involves hands-on development and consulting in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere. This client-facing role requires strong technical and communication skills, as the developer will engage with clients to provide estimates and thought leadership while participating in business and technical meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an RPA developer role.
• Mandatory experience with RPA Automation Anywhere A360 development.
• Hands-on experience in API development and integration using .net, Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience in architecting and developing workflow-based solutions.
• Familiarity with other RPA software such as Blue Prism, UI Path, or Work Fusion is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably with business stakeholders and external clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a team of onshore/offshore partners.
• Familiarity with additional RPA tools and technologies.
