About The Position

The RPA Developer position at CGI Great Lakes involves hands-on development and consulting for RPA solutions, specifically using Automation Anywhere. This client-facing role requires strong technical and communication skills, as the developer will engage with clients to provide estimates and lead discussions. The position allows for hybrid work arrangements and is available in multiple locations including Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, and Dallas, TX.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an RPA developer role.
• Mandatory experience with RPA Automation Anywhere A360 development.
• Hands-on experience in API development and integration using .net, Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions.
• Familiarity with other RPA software such as Blue Prism, UI Path, or Work Fusion is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably with business stakeholders and external clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a team of onshore/offshore partners.
• Familiarity with additional RPA tools beyond Automation Anywhere.
