About The Position

Talen Energy is inviting enthusiastic candidates to apply for our 2026 High School Co-op at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station. As one of the largest dual-unit, Boiling Water Reactor sites in the U.S., the Susquehanna Station generates approximately 2700 MW of electricity, powering the Northeastern Pennsylvania grid. Requirements

Enrolled in local high school.
Available to perform part-time work on weekends.
Basic computer skills to enter data and receive job assignments.
Must be 18 years of age or older at time of employment and able to provide an official transcript and other required documentation.
Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Eligible to work in the U.S. in accordance with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations.
