Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts as well as strong financial acumen.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, advanced Excel skills, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must have a proactive, self-motivated, can-do attitude. Team player.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Royalty Department
  • Scanning documents as assigned
  • Data entry into all royalty systems
  • Email reminders out to all franchisees
  • Assist with processing all royalty/ad fund/tech/web fees in our banking system (EFT, checks, credit cards)
  • Research, track, and resolve any accounting issues
  • Process any adjustments/refunds/credits to the royalty system
  • Maintain financial and/or account records.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Discuss account status or activity with customers or corporate staff.
  • Respond to customer issues.
  • File documents or records.
  • Order and maintain department supplies.
  • Operate office machines such as printers, photocopiers, shredders.
